Don, a member of the Van Buren Climate Action Team, will share his experiences in moving from despair to optimism.  His talk will describe progress being made in reducing greenhouse gas emissions on the way to a stronger, healthier economy.  He will show that our use of fossil fuels over the last two centuries has provided us a technology base that allows us to supersede them.  The talk will provide suggestions on how one can get involved in creating hope for the climate.
